The casing surface is treated by electrostatic painting and has good wearing resistance. It is applicable to both ring network and single/double power supply, is convenient for shifting, and can enhance the reliability of power supply. The transformer adopts environment-friendly S11 series spiral core, non-excited voltage regulation, full-enclosed type, featuring energy saving and low noise. The amorphous alloy transformer is also available if required by clients. HV load switches and protective fuse are placed in oil filled iron tank, and the tank is of full-enclosed structure. The LV room is provided with watt-hour meters, voltmeters, and breakers of four outgoing lines, reactive power compensation can also be provided if necessary.
It uses S11 series spiral core transformer, its idle loss is 30%~40% lower than S9, and noise 7-10dB lower than S9

The oil filled in the oil tank is generally FR3 insulation oil, its combustion point can reach 312 ℃, and has excellent electrothermal characteristics, high insulation strength, good lubrication, strong arc extinguishing ability, non-toxic, can be biological decomposition, thus minimizing the harm to the environment and health. The FR3 insulating oil does not form sediment as the traditional mineral oil, while most of the domestic American box change is filled with 25 # ordinary mineral oil. In addition, the upper tank tank is generally filled with inert gas to prevent the air from exchanging water into the oil. However, the domestic American box change may not have this work. For a long time, the performance of the oil will be reduced, and its sealing performance is less than meet the requirements of 7 Psig, so the oil must be changed regularly.
The American box becomes no oil temperature protection, only one thermometer to show the oil temperature, when the oil temperature is too high, rely on the plug-in fuse for protection, and a pressure relief valve to release too much pressure in the tank. Therefore, it should be necessary to check whether the fuse operates normally and oil leakage in both cases.
Because the tank tank is exposed to the outside, inspections should be conducted regularly to prevent oil leakage from damage under external collision.
